RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges Due to Print/Product Defect:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@oddwaifu.shop. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a free replacement or refund once the defective item is returned to us.
Returns & Exchanges For Any Other Reason (Change of Mind):
Because all our items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective. However, we want you to love what you bought.

If you wish to return an unused, unwashed item in its original packaging for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us at sales@oddwaifu.shop with your order number.
Final Sale Items:
All clearance or specially marked items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item:

Contact us at sales@oddwaifu.shop to request a return and receive instructions.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Mail the return to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Odd Waifu is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your store credit and confirm via email within 5 business days.
REFUNDS

Defective Items: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, including standard shipping costs.

Change of Mind: Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
